Senior General Manager
Mel is often the first point of contact for clients – liaising with individuals and their families when they first call the clinic. She’s there throughout your stay at Bayberry, to support your journey and respond to queries. She has worked within client relations for over a decade and provides information and support for those seeking advice on our services. As a counsellor, with an extensive background in community and charitable work, she is an empathic and caring team member with a genuine love for people and a passion to support individuals and their families during challenging times in their lives. As part of the senior team, Mel is responsible for the location and support management teams, ensuring the consistency of quality experience throughout each person’s stay at Bayberry.
