Executive Head Chef
Sam is our Executive Head Chef – but more than that, he’s one of Bayberry’s much-loved team members, by clients and staff alike. Working, as he does, at the ‘heart of our home’ he’s a consistent and visible presence – often brandishing cakes and biscuits with a broad smile and always has time for a chat. Part of our team for over 7 years, now, he has a passion for his role in supporting our clients needs – offers opportunities to clients who want to learn to cook new dishes – and happily shares his recipes to take home. Sam is a member of our Senior Management team, so will also be involved in ensuring the wellbeing and smooth running of the environment as a whole.
