Bayberry’s Chief Executive, Mandy Cooper, and Director of Care, Dave Cooper, were delighted to be invited by Lord Blunkett to an evening with rugby legend Jonny Wilkinson, discussing all things leadership and mental health. The evening, entitled ‘Conscious Leadership’, addressed the need for consideration of emotional wellbeing, the illusion of ‘success’, and the need to support leaders in finding their passion.
Bayberry’s work with leaders is significant and ongoing; supporting many professionals in transformation across their work and personal lives. Mandy’s master’s degree thesis ‘Leadership is in the Spaces’ (2021) pioneered a new approach to leadership as a ‘fluid’ state – and encouraged leaders to embrace transformational and evolving change.
This was our second visit to Parliament and we’re delighted to be working with the Leader’s Council to support mental health and wellbeing nationally.
